Deputy Manager (Laboratory)

Duties / Responsibilities / Authorization

Developing lab. business, meeting with established goals within a set budget. Contract management, report writing, Training, motivating, Day-to-Day management, including technical and administrative matters.
Planning, implementing and supervising laboratory (chemical section). Ensuring that testing services meet customer requirements per technical standards, accurate data interpretation, and timeliness. Reviewing the Laboratory Quality System on a regular basis.
Ensuring the geotechnical-materials division has the technical resources needed to meet the needs of clients and to ensure the quality of engineering analysis.
Ensure all test requirements, including the methods used, are adequately defined, documented & understood. Authorized for the approval of all type of documents, reports & quotations. Authorized for development, modification, evaluation and validation of methods.

Work Location: Abu Dhabi
