Min-12 Years of UAE Experience in Civil_ Building Construction sector preferred
PMO, Engineering consultancy experience is an advantage.
Min. Educational Qualification: Bachelors in Civil engineering

Job Responsibilities
Preparation of detailed quantity take off of all Civil related items (Structural, Architectural, ID, Landscape, FFE).
Preparation of Cost plan, BOQ, Value Engineering comparisons.
Proficiency in PlanSwift, AutoCAD, MS office.
Excellent attention to detail and specification.
Ability to interpret drawings and able to raise clarifications related to missing coordination, scope and details in the drawings / project.
Constant coordination with various departments like Cost control / Design / Technical.
