We are looking for the below position with 4 to 6 years of experience in the UAE healthcare sector.

Case Manager with MOH / DHA License

Job Summary:

This staff responsible to facilitate patient care by assessing patient needs, evaluating treatment options, creating treatment plans, coordinating care, and gauging progress.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with doctors and other medical professionals to give their patients the comprehensive care that they need.
2. Create and manage the plan of care for patients with chronic or serious conditions.
3. Advocate for personalized treatment options that address a patient’s unique care needs.
4. Schedule their patient’s medical appointments and follow up to ensure they attend them.
5. Communicate about a patient’s health condition with the patient and their family.
6. Offer education and guidance for navigating complex medical decisions.
7. Serve as a liaison between patients and their insurance providers to promote quality, cost-effective care with best patient outcomes.
8. Collect patient healthcare information and keep updated track throughout hospitalization.
