A UAE-based company is undergoing a restructure in the finance team to prepare for an IPO after seeing huge success in the region.

They are seeking a qualified and technically strong Finance Director to revamp financial reports.

The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach, a strong background in IFRS, and experience with group consolidations.

Salary is negotiable but ideally around 60,000 AED per month, plus LTIPs.
