Job Title: Mechanical Project Engineer
Basic criteria:
· Education: Bachelor Degree
· Language Efficiency: English
· Computer efficiency: Computer literate

Accountability:
· Attending trainings on QHSE system.
· Executing the requirements of QHSE system.
· Participating in root cause analysis & implementing corrective actions on non-confirmations.
· Participating in internal audits.
· providing feedback to seniors on management review inputs.

Responsibilities:
· Receiving the contract agreement and job awarded documents from projects manager.
· Organizing the tender documents, specification, BOQ & cost estimation sheets from the tender & estimation department.
· preparing the Individual Projects document file.
· Preparing the Shop drawings in coordination with Design & Draught Section based on Tender drawing, Structural, Architectural & False ceiling drawing.
· Following up the shop drawing submittal for Consultants approval.
· Preparing the MEP services coordination shop drawings based on final approved drawing.
· Floating the Inquiries and gathering the quotations incompliance with the specifications, and finalizing the specified make & budgetary cost for final submittal in coordination with Projects Manager.
· Updating the material procurement schedule in order to obtain and control the material inventory.
· Updating the Material and Shop drawing schedule for consultant submittals.
· Preparing and updating the Man power requirement Schedule with Projects manager and assigning the work team.
· Ordering and Receiving the Approved material with proper documentation.
· Executing and Supervising the site works with no compromise in Quality, Safety, Economy, and workmanship.
· Arranging the proper material storage at site.
· Attending the site coordination and Technical meetings with Consultant, Contractor, and Suppliers.
· Compelling the manpower to the respective tasks.
· Checking the workers daily site attendance report.
· Following up the Payment received for the works from Main contractor.
· Checking and Signing the D. 0, & Invoices for the suppliers.

Experience: 3 to 5 Years of UAE experience with a Contractor Background
