We are hiring for Relationship Manager-Payroll Solutions for reputed Bank in UAE.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of banking experience in Retail Sales, Payroll Employee banking would be preferred.

Location: Dubai

Job Purpose:
1) To promote Retail banking products mainly NTB CASA Payroll accounts in Priority/Preferred and personal segments, by increasing wallet share of bank amongst our WBG clients, Government /semi Government entities & other large Companies by conducting various micromarketing activities.
2) Design exclusive payroll solution/options depending upon the requirements of different companies.
3) Liaise with WBG RMs on daily weekly and monthly basis for Retail business penetration into Corporate client base by conducting Kiosks, digital marketing, focus groups in the companies to create NTB opportunities for the bank.
4) Keep a close eye on the competition banks to be aware of any market changes to modify payroll proposition accordingly and to effectively manage customer objection.
5) Provide constructive and constant feedback to line managers on improvement of: products, services and processes etc., which may either reduce TAT or costs or enhance customer experience.
6) Ensure that all the KYC, AML & compliance guidelines of the bank are followed. Also, ensure that there is no mis-selling.
