Assisting passengers with disabilities or small children, greeting guests, giving information, checking in luggage, making reservations, and selling tickets are just a few of the responsibilities you will have. It should be within your power to promptly address passengers’ concerns and guarantee their satisfaction.

Qualifications:
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of airport operations and ground handling procedures is a plus.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
