Job Responsibilities-
• Online QC monitoring of products
• Monitor Products within Specification
• Monitor GMP ; Personal hygiene, pest control, hygiene trainings, working habits of the staffs
• Online monitoring of the processing and packing
• Finished products monitoring within customer specs
• Maintaining Online QC records, non conformity reports
• Monitor packaging and labelling, storage temperature
• Monitor and advise the efficient implementation of sanitization and hygiene procedures(CIP).
• CCP, OPRP, PRP Monitoring
• Ensure efficient production runs to minimize ingredient loss, package loss, production
• Breakage and Run Downtime caused by quality Control.
• QA Hold and release of products
• Product quality and sensory evaluation
• Implement Safety measures to prevent any work injuries.
• Customer complaint handling and investigations
• Inbound, outbound inspections and quality reports submission
• Provide refresher trainings to the food handlers
• Packaging material quality inspection

Mandatory: HACCP(Level 3) certification
UAE Driving License
