REQUIREMENTS:
● The candidate must be available in Dubai.
● The candidate should have at least 2 to 5 years of experience in facade design, be efficient with systems, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously, even under pressure.
● Proficiency in multitasking, including shop drawings, fabrication drawings, installation drawings, 3D geometry and panelling, cutting list, rendering, Revit, and quantity/area calculation, is required.
● Parametric Family Creation both 3D items to be used in creating Project Model and 2D items to be used in preparing Shop Drawings.
● Review the structural and architectural IFC drawings and models and prepare detailed engineering drawings for facade works of the projects in accordance with the complete scope of work as per BOQ and specification.
● Responsible in doing Design of Fibre cement/terracotta claddings for Architect's and Engineering drawings for the client approval.
● Issue all the Information to Site regarding Production
● Any other duties as assigned by Technical Manager.
● Should have good knowledge of Market/Clients/Suppliers/Contractors
● Should have strong Communication and Negotiation Skills.
● Should have strong management and control of subcontractors and suppliers.
