Position: IT Officer
Location: Fujairah, UAE

Responsibilities
◽Implement and manage Ramco ERP
◽Maintain IT infrastructure (servers, desktops, laptops, printers, network)
◽Administer Domain Controller, Active Directory, and IT security
◽Install and configure IT hardware/software
◽Ensure data security and manage crises
◽Maintain applications, databases, and telephone systems
◽Troubleshoot IT issues within SLA

Qualifications
◽Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or MCA
◽At least 4 years of IT experience

Mandatory Skills:
◽Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, Ramco ERP, Ramco Tool iEDK, and RAMCO Reporting tool
