Looking for Maintenance Planner (Abu Dhabi)

Job Responsibilities:
· Plans, schedule, allocate and coordinate all jobs undertaken by the maintenance team ensuring optimum resource utilization.
· Anticipates and mitigates potential delay through the proactive planning and coordination of manpower, materials, tool and equipment availability.
· Prepare annual/monthly preventive maintenance schedule based on approved frequencies to ensure that all assets are well maintained.
· Review the weekly maintenance plan.
· Maintain equipment history and controlling the workflow in Maximo system as details and complete.
· Tracking work order status in view of spares/wear inventory and interview accordingly to ensure schedule execution of work order in Maximo.
· Collect the data from shift report and update the records of maintenance works and all breakdown issues, completing accurately available for reference , planning and analysis purpose which is done by means of the computerized maintenance and material management system.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor of Engineering in appropriate discipline with minimum 10 years of experience. CMMS experience would be preferred.
