We are hiring for our client, a leading bank in UAE for the role of Business Operational Risk Manager.
Location - Abu Dhabi
Salary - Upto 20k ( Based on Experience).

Job Summary:
- Should be responsible for Business Operational Risk Management and Compliance within digital banking sector.

Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.

- Strong understanding of banking operations, including digital payment systems, mobile banking, and banking products and services with experience in operational and fraud risk management.

Job Description:
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk mitigation measures and adjusting controls and strategies as needed.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of operational processes and controls within digital banking business domain to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.
- Develop and update policies and procedures to ensure they reflect current regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Develop and implement robust risk management strategies tailored to the digital banking environment to mitigate identified risks effectively.
