Required Immediately for a Construction company in Abu Dhabi
1. Electrical Site Engineer:
· With minimum 7 - 10 years’ experience GCC, Full Knowledge of the regulation of Abu Dhabi Distribution Company, follow-up drawing, Fluent in English

2. Mechanical Site Engineer:
· With minimum 7 - 10 years’ experience GCC, Full Knowledge of the regulation of Abu Dhabi Distribution Company, follow-up drawing, Fluent in English

3. MEP Quantity Surveyor:

· With minimum 10 years’ experience GCC
· follow-up drawing, Fluent in English
· Knowledge of pre and post contract administration for different contract types (re measure and lump sum is essential)
· Preparing / reviewing the Bills of Quantities
· Prepare and maintain budgets, estimates, cash flow forecasts, cost reports
· Verify and certify contractors' interim applications for
· Prepare and contractors’ claims
· Prepare Extension of Time claim in coordinate with the planning engineer and as directed by the MEP Manager
· Participation in site visits & preparation of reports as directed by the MEP manager


4. Electrical Draftsman

· With minimum 7 - 10 years’ experience GCC, preferably with experience in the field of construction
