Experience: 5+ years (Manufacturing Sector)

Qualifications:
1. Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience handling HR functions for a workforce of 100+ employees.
3. In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
4. Proficient in HR reporting and payroll management.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage all aspects of HR operations.
2. Administer HR policies and procedures.
3. Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
4. Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
5. Conduct recruitment and selection processes.
6. Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
7. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
8. Maintain HR records and prepare HR reports.
9. Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payroll management.
10. Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
11.Conduct training and development programs
