Assistant Storekeeper at Emirates International Facilities Management LLC

Job Title: Assistant Storekeeper ( MEP)

Location: Abu Dhabi

Purpose and Scope:

Ensure the uninterrupted supply of materials without delay to various users of the organization.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Maintain monthly inventory levels in the store on a quarterly basis.
Reconcile stock ledger and stock report to match physical inventory.
Maintain minimum order levels of stock and ensure timely placement of new orders.
Record new order receipts in the system and ensure material quality and quantity per the LPO.
Inform operations about non-moving items semi-annually.
Segregate slow-moving items and maintain minimum stock levels.
Issue materials as per the BOQ quantity and maintain proper tracking of BOQ for all projects (Operations must provide BOQ from all departments to control material cost).

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum High School or Diploma.
Bilingual (English / Hindi).
Minimum of 4 years of experience in store handling MEP items.
Experience with Facilities Management / Construction Companies preferred.
Experience in Oracle system is a must.
