Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Waiters and Waitresses to join our restaurant team in Dubai. The ideal candidates will provide excellent service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

Greet and escort guests to their tables.
Present menus and provide detailed information when asked (e.g., about portions, ingredients, or potential food allergies).
Take accurate food and drink orders using order slips or a POS system.
Communicate order details to the kitchen staff.
Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any issues.
Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area.
Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing their needs and requests.
Handle complaints or problems with a positive attitude.
Prepare bills and process payments.
Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff.
Follow all relevant health department regulations and hotel procedures.
