Job Description: Accountant

We are seeking a diligent Accountant to join our team. The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records and reports, performing account reconciliations, and assisting with budget and closing processes. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy of financial data and supporting the overall financial operations of our organization

Key Responsibilities:

■ Maintain and update financial records for accuracy.

■ Post daily transactions and journal entries.

■ Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations.

■ Resolve discrepancies promptly.

■ Assist Prepare and analyze financial statements.

■ Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.

Manage accounts payable and receivable.

Ensure timely processing and accuracy.

■ Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.

■ Monitor budget performance and report variances.

■ Ensure compliance with regulations and tax requirements.

■ Assist in tax filings and audits.
Required to that role:

■ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

■2-5 years of accounting or related experience.

■ Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.

■ Preferably experience in Shipping sector

Good problem-solving and time management

skills

■ Work under pressure.
