We are seeking a skilled Logistics and Customer Service Executive to join our manufacturing team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

Process orders and coordinate shipments
Resolve delivery issues and maintain accurate records
Ensure compliance with regulations
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and the customer base in the region
Update receivables and ensure timely payments
Identify and implement process improvements

Requirements:
Proficiency in SAP and MS Office
Strong organizational and communication skills
