Regional HR Manager in Dubai
Salary Range- AED 20,000- AED 22,000+ standard benefits

Responsibilities :
• Create HR programs and solutions in line with the HR Action Plans; lead and manage various HR projects as directed in line with HR plans & objectives
• Provide regional & subsidiary support with Compensation & benefits, Salary
mapping, Salary indicators, movements etc.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and programs to enhance employee motivation and engagement.
• Manage the performance appraisal process (review of forms, creation of materials based on review of market data, conducting sessions etc.).
• Create HR Intelligence reports and dashboards in a timely manner to support
decisions; stay affront of trends and best practices in HR and identify and report utility and impact.
• Solid understanding and knowledge of the HR Life Cycle with experience in implementing HR programs.
• Understanding of local labor laws and practices is preferred.
• Job Evaluation (Korn Ferry or Hay) and job grading experience
