Job Opportunity: Assistant Teacher for Primary Class

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the primary class teacher in planning and implementing educational activities.
Support students in their learning and development, providing one-on-one or small group assistance as needed.
Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Prepare and organize teaching materials and resources.
Monitor and document student progress, providing feedback to the primary teacher.
Supervise students during breaks, field trips, and other activities.
Assist with classroom management and enforce school policies and procedures.
Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and school staff.
Requirements:

Previous experience as an assistant teacher or in a similar educational role is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in working with children.
Ability to work collaboratively with the primary teacher and other staff members.
Organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic classroom environment.
A relevant qualification in education or child development is a plus.
Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
