Production Supervisor

Salary: 2000 AED per month

Job Requirements:

Minimum 4-5 years of supervisory experience.
Proficient in Excel and computer knowledge.
Strong communication skills.
English & Hindi Speaking skill are must.
Immediate joiner.
Job Responsibilities:

Hands on experience of working with printing press.
Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a diverse team.
Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve production goals.
Sound knowledge on Offset printing technology.
Hands on experience in Job Planning, Quality control and minimization of rejections.
Collaboration and Coordination between Sales team and Production team.
Managing a team of 40+ members.
Hands on Experience in Graphics, Pre-press (CTP, Dummy Making), Post Press (UV, Binding, Foiling, Die cutting), Printing- Offset and Screen printing.
