Job Title: - Business Analyst (Fusion HCM Payroll)
Location: - Dubai, UAE
Notice Period: - Immediate to 30 days

Candidate SHOULD BE Payroll certified.

At least 4 years of experience in Fusion HCM Payroll applications.
4 years of experience in HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts, HCM Fast Formula, OTBI, BI Publishers, Application security, Infolets and other HR dashboards.
Proficient in SQL and PL/SQL.
Minimum 5 years IT experience covering business requirements, solution design, configuration, end user testing across business applications for large complex organisations.
Compensation Management knowledge.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English, including report writing and presentation skills.
