Customer Service Representative.
Location: UAE
Salary: from 5000 up to 6500 AED.
Job Type: Full-time - Remote.

Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service to Russian/Uzbek/Farsi/Somali-speaking customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved.
* Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
* Assist customers with product information, order status, and account inquiries.
* Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
* Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues and escalate as needed.

Required:

* Fluency in English is a must plus one of these languages Russian/Uzbek/Somali/Farsi , both spoken and written.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively explain complex information to customers.
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
