Looking for a talented HR Operations Executive to join our team and drive our HR department's success.

Responsibilities:
-Managing the full recruitment cycle.
-Ensuring seamless onboarding.
-Providing top-notch HR administrative support.
-Handling employee contracts and documentation.
-Enhancing overall HR operations efficiency.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 4 years of HR operations experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (Oracle ERP preferred; SAP SF a plus)
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws

Salary: Up to 8500 AED +++
Job Location: Al Ghayl industrial area - Ras Al Khaimah
