Technical Support Specialist
Location: Mussaffa, Abu Dhabi, UAE
Salary: 8,000 AED per month

Driving License: UAE driving license is mandatory

Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years (home country experience will be considered)

Education Required: BCA or MCA

On behalf of our esteemed client, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Technical Support Specialist to join their team in Mussaffa, Abu Dhabi. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a strong technical background and a passion for providing top-notch support.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
Install and configure computer systems and applications
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient resolution of technical issues
Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions

Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support (experience from your home country is also welcome)
A Bachelor's (BCA) or Master's (MCA) degree in Computer Applications
A valid UAE driving license is mandatory
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
