DIRECTOR - PROJECT DEVELOPMENT in Dubai
Salary - AED 60,000 - AED 70,000 + Education allowances - AED 35,000/ child (up to 5 kids per annum) + Annual tickets including spouse & 3 kids) + Medical insurance
-Must be from a property developer background with strong Project Mangement experience in Design, Architecture, Land estates, Design briefs and Feasibility studies
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture/ Engineering/ Real Estate Development; Master’s degree preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
• Min. 10-12 years’ experience in real estate/ development management/ design / project management, of which 6 years’ at senior capacity within the Real Estate industry.
• Prior experience of working with leading developers and building/ development of land plots.
