Position: Collection Officer
Type: Full-time/Permanent
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 4500 - 5000

Job Description:

* The Collection Officer will be responsible for debt collection, analysing accounts, offering customer service support, and maintaining effective communication with debtors.
* The role will also involve financial tasks related to payment rescheduling and managing outstanding debts.

Requirements:

* Debt Collection and Analytical Skills.
* Strong Customer Service and Communication skills.
* Knowledge of Finance and accounting principles
* Ability to work independently and in a team.
* Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Prior experience in collections or similar roles is preferred.
