Position Overview:
We are looking for a General Manager to oversee all staff, budgets and operations of the local business unit.The ideal candidate will have strong background in management, exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record of driving the business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of daily operations, including staff management, customer service, and financial performance.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of employees to achieve high performance and maintain a positive work environment.
- Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and cost control measures.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Oversee recruitment and training of new employees.
- Direct the employee assessment process
- Prepare regular reports for upper management
- Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors).


Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably within the laundry or service industry.
- Strong understanding of business operations, financial management, and customer service.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
