Senior Accountant
Salary: Market Competitive Salary AED

Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
-Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
-Conduct regular financial analysis and provide insights to management for decision-making.
-Monitor cash flow, manage banking relationships, and perform bank reconciliations.
-Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
-Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation for annual audits.
-Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely submission.
-Support the finance team in various accounting projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
-Professional accounting certification (CPA, CMA, or equivalent) is preferred.
-Minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
-Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
-Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
-Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
-Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
-Knowledge of real estate procedures, regulations, and documentation (RERA, OQOOD, DLD, etc.) in the UAE is mandatory.
