Sharjah International Private School (SIPS) is hiring a Head of AFI (Assessment for Learning and Instruction). We are looking for someone with experience in creating assessments and improving teaching strategies to help our students succeed. The ideal candidate will also support students and staff who have difficulties with English.

Key Responsibilities:
-Create and lead assessment strategies.
-Guide teachers on best practices for learning and assessment.
-Analyze student data to improve teaching methods.
-Support non-native English speakers by offering tools and resources to help them succeed.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a related field.
-Experience in curriculum development and instructional leadership.
-Strong communication and leadership skills.
-School experience is preferred.
