We are hiring for one of our clients. a leading bank in UAE is looking for "Brand & Communication Specialist" to join their highly motivated team in Dubai.

Position : Brand & Communication Specialist
Contract : 6 Months - Extendable
Salary : AED 12,000 – 18,000
Location : Sharjah


Experience:

- 3+ years of experience in corporate communications, with strong experience in branding, creative content development, and project management.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing and executing marketing and communication campaigns.
- Strong proficiency in social media management and content creation tools.
- Proven track record of managing multiple stakeholders and delivering on complex, multi-channel projects.

📕 Qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, or Journalism.

Job Description:

- Project Management: Lead multiple branding, marketing, and communications projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Develop tracking mechanisms to monitor progress, outcomes, and stakeholder engagement.

- Brand & Creative Support: Ensure all communications, both internal and external, adhere to the bank’s brand guidelines and enhance the overall brand positioning. Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to develop creative strategies and campaigns.

- Social Media Management: Support content creation and scheduling for social media platforms, working closely with internal social media team and external agency to ensure consistency with brand guidelines and strategic goals.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Marketing, IT, Senior Management) and external partners to ensure alignment and execution of communication and marketing projects.
