Retail Project Manager/Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager or Snr Project Manager to join our prestigious client in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management within the construction industry, with a focus on the retail sector. This role requires the ability to manage multiple projects, maintain client relationships, and ensure high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage retail construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and scheduling using tools like AutoCAD and MS Project.
- Conduct regular site visits and meetings to monitor progress and ensure adherence to specifications.
- Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Maintain strong, client-facing relationships, ensuring satisfaction and managing expectations.
- Provide regular updates to senior management and clients on project status, timelines, and any critical issues.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Utilize PMP or LEED GA knowledge (if applicable) to enhance project execution and sustainability where required.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a project management role within the construction industry with UAE retail experience.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Project.
- PMP or LEED GA certification is a plus.
- Experience working with malls, retail brands, design consultants, or fit-out contractors is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
