Looking Integration Analyst for UAE Location.

· Minimum 5 years of IT experience, out of which minimum 3 years should be in the field of data modelling and/or integration
o Used data modelling techniques for large data stores (Relational and Multi- Dimensional)
o Worked with business and IT personnel on data-related issues
o Worked on enterprise data warehouses and large-scale business reporting
· Experience in Health care/insurance industry is preferred
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science or any related field with programming exposure

· Advanced Data modelling skills
· Dynamic, self-driven with strong business understanding and background
· Strategic thinking with strong focus on results and high quality of work
· Good leadership skills including people management, selection and development skills
· Very good command of written/spoken English; knowledge of Arabic language is an added advantage
· Very good analytical, planning, forecasting, execution, and problem-solving skills
· Strong level of customer service orientation and professionalism in all interactions
· Very good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
· Broad knowledge of health insurance concepts
