HR Operations Manager
Location: Dubai

Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of HR experience inside UAE only
- Strong knowledge of MOHRE laws, regulations and practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Legal background will be preferred
- Arabic language is a must
- Coordinate with local Admin and PRO teams to maintain Statutory records for labor inspection such as Pay register, Leave records, Medical insurance,
End-of-service calculations, etc.
- Manage statutory compliances and Grievance handling.
- Liaison with Administration, PRO teams, and other stakeholders, for smooth day-to-day working.
