Job Title: Document Controller / Admin Assistant
Location: Dubai

Key Responsibilities:
Document Management: Archive and organize paper and electronic documents, scan and file employee contracts, and update folders with necessary documents (passports, visas, IDs).
Travel Coordination: Prepare and book travel tickets, coordinating with relevant authorities.
Passport Management: Manage and update workers' passport information and prepare necessary forms for submission.
Office Supplies Management: Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
Communication: Write and format letters (Arabic & English) and reports accurately.
Appointment Scheduling: Organize appointments and interviews.
Data Accuracy: Ensure the accuracy of information for smooth workflow.
HR Support: Assist the HR department with various tasks as needed.
Additional Duties: Perform other assigned tasks within the role.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in Administrative / Document Controller.
2 to 3 years of experience as an administrate / Document controller.
Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. (English & Arabic)
Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
