Hiring Store Keeper

Job Title : - Store Keeper
Job Location : - Sharjah Hamriyah Freezone

Key Responsibilities: -
* Receiving and Inspecting Materials: -Receive incoming materials from suppliers, verifying quantities & quality against purchase orders.Ensure proper labelling and storage of all received materials.
* Inventory Management: - Maintain accurate inventory records in the company’s inventory management system.Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
* Material Handling: - Maintain a clean and organised store environment.
* Issuing Materials: - Issue materials to production lines based on production orders.
* Verify the accuracy of material requisitions and ensure proper documentation.
* Track material usage and report any discrepancies.
* Stock Rotation:- Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) stock rotation methods to ensure the use of oldest materials first.
* Inventory Control: - Monitor stock levels and identify potential shortages or overstocks.
* Assist in developing and implementing inventory control strategies.

Required Qualifications: -
* Education:- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in Store keeping in the UAE.
* Skills and Competencies: -Proficient in inventory management and accounting principles.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
