Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in drafting and designing landscape plans, using CAD software, and working closely with the design and project teams to bring outdoor projects to life.
Key Responsibilities:
Create detailed landscape designs and technical drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software.
Collaborate with landscape architects, designers, and project managers to develop plans.
Prepare and modify layout plans, irrigation plans, and planting plans based on project requirements.
Ensure all drawings meet company standards, client specifications, and local regulations.
Assist in preparing documentation for permits and client approvals.
Conduct site visits to gather measurements and verify project specifications when necessary.
