Project Coordinator

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team with a strong background in fit out.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with interior designers, architects, and clients to understand project requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
- Conduct site visits to oversee installations, ensuring compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
- Source and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to procure furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
- Assist in the selection and specification of products, ensuring alignment with design concepts and client preferences.
- Facilitate communication between all project stakeholders, including clients, design teams, contractors, and suppliers.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
- Organize and attend project meetings, providing updates and facilitating discussions to keep the project on track.
