Position: System Engineer, Productivity Services Management
Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Engineer to join Productivity Services Management team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Microsoft 365 applications and a variety of SaaS solutions. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless integration, operation, and optimization of our productivity tools to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:
•Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications in Microsoft 365 and SaaS technologies are highly desirable.
•Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in system engineering, with a focus on productivity services management and Microsoft 365 applications.
•Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange, etc.) and various SaaS solutions. Expertise in system integration, administration, and troubleshooting.
•Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex systems and develop effective solutions.
•Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
•Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as the capability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
•Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing technologies and environments, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
•Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and reliability in all tasks and documentation.
•Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions and support to end-users.
