Are you an experienced HR professional with a background in the shipping industry? We’re looking for an HR Manager with 8-10 years of experience to manage HR operations and play a key role in our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Recruitment: Oversee job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and offer letter issuance.
🔹 Attendance & Leave Management: Handle attendance tracking, leave balances, and coordination with HR teams.
🔹 Employee Management: Resolve grievances, maintain employee records, and ensure adherence to company policies.
🔹 Payroll & Administration: Manage payroll processing, ESI, tax filings, and general office admin duties.
🔹 Office Operations: Ensure smooth office functioning, maintenance, and infrastructure.

What We’re Looking For:
✅ 8-10 years of HR experience, preferably in the shipping industry.
✅ Expertise in recruitment, payroll, and HR systems.
✅ Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
✅ Proven track record in employee relations and HR operations.
