Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Source candidates through various platforms, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and providing feedback.
-Offer Management:
Negotiate salary and other terms with selected candidates.
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Prefer candidates with proficiency in recruitment tools and job portals.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously.
-Knowledge of labor laws and compliance is an added advantage
