Hiring - HR - Generalist

Requirement:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in People Operations or HR management, with a focus on payroll and invoice reimbursement. (preferably within IT/e-commerce).
• 2+ years of experience working in the UAE, with in-depth knowledge of local labour laws and regulations.
• Proven experience managing HR functions for organizations with 500+ employees.
• Strong experience with HCM systems, payroll management, and regulatory compliance.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in ENGLISH & HINDI to engage with employees, leadership, and external stakeholders.

• Candidate should be available in UAE.
