We are hiring for our client a leading bank in UAE, for the role of Customer Service Officer
Position - Customer Service Officer
Location - Abu Dhabi/ Dubai
Salary - up to AED 7000 (Depends upon experience)

Experience -
- Minimum 1-2 years UAE experience, preferably in sales or customer service in banking industry

Requirements -
◼️ Pro-actively manage the first point of contact with customers / prospective customers within the Digital Financial center.
◼️ Manage the wait time of customers through friendly interaction and by effectively educating and guiding the customers to enhance the usage and adoption of technology components within DFC
◼️ Confident in handling customer queries and respond to inquiries on products, services and usage of Digital Banking and Smart Kiosks by providing accurate answers in a polite and professional manner
