Duties, Responsibilities, Authorities and Accountabilities

• Correspondence with External / internal clients. Responsible for all receivable transactions.
• Responsible for all receivable transactions.
• Follows up collection with clients.
• Ensures that complete revenue has been booked and invoiced.
• Reconciliation of sub-ledgers with G/L control accounts.
• Prepares Journal Entries for all operations.
• Sets up all invoices to match purchase orders.
• Performs all accounting functions to include journal entries, account payable, accounts receivables, deposits bank, reconciliation and trial balance.
Reviews the company credit control procedures, develops and implement enhancements upon need.
• Sets and monitors credit limits.
• Supports in monitoring the outstanding sales balances falling due and contacts customers before the balances become overdue to confirm payments.
• Assists in developing and implementing a direct debit payment system.
• Initiates required procedures to ensure outstanding debts are up to a satisfactory conclusion.
• Keeps the company up to date with new credit management procedures and techniques

Job Requirements
• 4-6 years’ experience in relevant field
• Bachelor Degree in Accounting
• Excellent verbal and presentation skills.
• Proficient in English communication, computer literate, excellent background in Plant & Project administration Training.
