Urgent Hiring: Blue-Collar Recruiter (Delivery Company) – Immediate Joiners

We are looking for a Blue-Collar Recruiter to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in the UAE and a strong background in recruiting delivery personnel.
Job Responsibilities:
✅ Source, screen, and hire blue-collar workers (drivers, delivery riders, warehouse staff, etc.)
✅ Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, interviews, and offer negotiations
✅ Ensure timely onboarding and documentation compliance
✅ Coordinate with operations and HR teams to fulfill staffing requirements
✅ Maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs
Requirements:
🔹 Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in blue-collar recruitment
🔹 Experience hiring for delivery/logistics companies preferred
🔹 Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and visa processes
