Tameem General Trading LLC are urgently seeking for HR Officer. The desired candidate must be able to:

-Recruit & source new candidates as per the need and direction from the line manager.
-Support the organization by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program
-Counsel managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; and recommending changes.
-Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employees
-Hear and resolve employee grievances; and counseling employees as well as supervisors.
-Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records.
-Fulfill all the PRO related tasks before the deadlines.
-Retains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records.
-Process payroll in coordination with the Accounts department.
-Generate warning letters, termination letters, experience certificates salary certificate, salary transfer letter, NOC request etc.
-Monitoring tenancy contract renewal for staff accommodation and maintain the employee register.
-Managing the employee corporate sim cards

Requirements:

-At least 2-3 years of experience in handling all aspects of the HR operations within GCC regions.
-Fluent in English and Hindi/Urdu languages. Arabic language proficiency will be added advantage.
-Male Candidates are highly preferred
