Position: Receptionist (for our clinic in Ras Al Khaimah)

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, staff, and visitors.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office, and experience with practice management software.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Comfortable with cash handling and processing payments.
• Knowledge of patient confidentiality requirements

Work Schedule: once a week off
Work Location: Ras Al Khaimah
