📍 Position: Manager – Financial Reporting & Compliance
📍 Location: Dubai, UAE
📍 Contract: 6 months (renewable)

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Controls:

Support financial plans and reporting processes to ensure financial stability and compliance.

Maintain Chart of Accounts (COA), General Ledger (GL) hierarchies, and manage related change requests.

Issue consolidated and standalone financial statements in line with IFRS.

Provide regulatory and management reports with recommendations for corrective actions.

VAT & Tax Compliance:

Oversee VAT return preparation, submission, and refund processes.

Advise on VAT implications of business transactions and manage VAT risks.

Stay updated on tax regulations and lead implementation initiatives.

Audit & Governance:

Coordinate internal, external, and third-party audits.

Prepare action plans for audit findings and ensure successful audit clearances.

Manage internal control review documentation.

Process Improvement & Systems:

Contribute to the development and enhancement of financial systems.

Recommend continuous improvements based on international best practices and evolving business needs.

Leadership & Advisory:

Guide the team on financial accounting standards and internal policies.

Conduct in-house training sessions and ensure timely resolution of queries.
