📍 Location: Dubai, UAE | 🕒 Full-Time | 🏢 On-site

✅ Key Responsibilities:
-Source and attract qualified MEP professionals, including Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers, HVAC Technicians, Plumbing Designers, etc.
-Work closely with hiring managers to understand project requirements and candidate profiles.
-Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
-Maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and upcoming projects.
-Leverage LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and referrals for sourcing passive and active candidates.

🔧 Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in MEP, construction, or engineering sectors.
Established vendor connections in the MEP or construction sector to leverage for candidate sourcing.
Strong understanding of roles and skills within Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing disciplines.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.

🌟 Candidate should have UAE Experience of Minimum 1 year into Recruitment
