Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a Mystery Shopper
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably in a closed loop process.
- Proficiency in using CRM and other customer feedback management tools
